Other addictions?

Ok - so aside from this board (and KMM books) is there anything else you are "addicted" too?

I was never a coffee girl, but lately I find myself jonesing for an iced coffee from Starbuck's almost daily. Not the fancy frozen ones, just black coffee over ice with a sprinkle of splenda in it. Like Karen often describes in her books (most of the girls are coffee junkies, have you noticed?) after a few sips, I can feel the caffeine humming in my veins:65:

I used to be addicted to e-bay, but I haven't been over there in awhile, which is good because so many things in my house have been needing to be replaced that I don't have the moolah to waste time over there!!!

Oh, and Bath&Body Works - I promised myself I wouldn't buy anything else until I exhausted my current supply - but then I get a coupon in the mail and go shopping! Oh well, at least I smell nice.

Good question Melonie. I use to be addicted to chocolate.. Which is not a bad thing but when one wants to lose weight she has to lose the chocolate. My other addictions are books, music and movies.. Which I calmed down for a bit.

I am addicted to the evil chocolate and kisses from my kids, I can't get enough of them. Especially my son because soon he won't want to give mommy kisses he will be to old. :crying-vi: He is growing so fast *sigh*

Don't feel bad! I'm not big on chocolate either.

I do have an addiction to Dr. Pepper. It's all I drink and is also my coffee substitute since I hate all forms of coffee.

Teach em when they are young that every time they leave Mom, they have to kiss on the cheek for luck and love. It becomes a habit and they will continue to do it. My boys are 23, 19 & 13 - they always kiss me when they leave, no matter where we are or who is around. And if i forget to kiss them, they come remind me!

Well besides reading and KMM board..... lotion... that's right lotion. I put lotion on my hands ALL of the time. I can't stand it after I wash my hands to not put on lotion right away. It is kinda like OCD for me. Love bath and body works!!!
Ciggies for me also Nessie. Although I don't know why I ever started again. I quit when I was preggers with both of my kids only to start again when they were born. I don't smoke at work or in my house though!

Ahhh, my kind of girl I see...the image of you taking an 8 year old out for cutting in line had me laughing - and I too am addicted to the pleasures of wine, massages, pedicures, and yoga...though I've been into pilates more lately, my favorite is when they do a combo pilates/yoga class so you get strength training and relaxing together. Man, now I want to get a pedicure while sipping a nice chilled pinot grigio!!!

Tish, I used to love to kickbox, til I moved and lost my fabulous teacher. :crying-vi: My friend created this kickboxing Pucca for me because I kickboxed and she wears a headband because I'm a sweaty girl and have to, LOL.
