Ok so, I am very excited about this new form of board. I have used something similar to it before. So I must say thanks!

OK first things first, Love KMM's new pic on her site, she looks awesome.

As some of you know I am heading to NY in the morning, well the new site clinched it I am so taking my lap top, so I can play around a little more and not have to compete with my mom for computer time LOL!

A little embarassed to admit it, but I am familiar with this kind of board, because this is the style HerInteractive uses (the board I go to when I get stuck on a Nancy Drew game I'm playing...those games are meant for pre-teen girls, but I love them!)

In just 18 days, I'm headed to Scotland (Glasgow) for 2 glorious weeks of vacation. This has been planned for over a year now. I'm going to a GerardButler.net convention. I went last year in Jan and had the most wonderful time. Scotland has got to me my most favorite place in the world!

I'm going on a self-drive adventure through the Highlands and Isles of Skye and Mull. A few of my friends and I will be traveling together in a mini-van. We'er all fans of KMM as well as Gerry Butler. We'll be spending a couple of nights on the shores of Loch Ness. So....... Karen, where exactly is that rabbit hole of Gwen and Drustan's?

I agree, I like this new board better. I don't know what took us so long, LOL. We're so glad that you all are enjoying it too. I know not everyone is familiar with the format, I'm new to it myself so don't worry if you make any posting errors, I can edit or move threads if they're accidentally posted in the wrong forum. Plus, I think this will make it easier to keep track of things.

I don't know if videos can be posted but video links should be able to and pics can be posted as attatcments (the paperclip) or as images which you will need a url for (the mountain pic link). Have fun playing and getting used to everything.

I've known a good friend of mine since I was 13 (he was 16) so its been 8 years now. We've been very very close. And after reading Immortal (let alone a LOT of KMM's books) I'm reminded of him every time! He's built (soo hot), confident (often comes off a little too much), seductive...dangerous in terms of I could and have fallen quite over heals for him. However the timing has never been right for the two of us to try a relationship.

I saw him for the first time in a year last night and I find myself acting like I did when I was 13 around him! But. He has a girlfriend of 8 months now and its taking every last piece of control in my body to be happy for him and to not say anything that would be out of line due to the given circumstances. Ohhh well at least I have him as a good friend...but I could definately see myself falling in wayyy too deep with him (now that I'm getting older I'm seeing it as not all that dangerous to try...at least if I would have gotten over the fear sooner I could have had some happiness then.

What was that line in Immortal? "Have you Happy-Ever-After-Now instead of Happy-Never-After...or something. The book is at home I'll have to look it up. So now feeling mixed emoations - happy to have seen and hung out with him like old times, yet sad because I care and can't have him. lol. But I'm being a good girl - no touch.

It's just funny because every time I read another KMM book I notice a trait of a character that closely resembles him, or a quote/phrase/saying that he'd use...in To Tame a Highland Warrior when Jillian calls him out about how she feels he was put on earth for the sole purpose of chastising her and he replies with something like "well at least you're never bored" or something like that...whatever the actual line is - he has said it to me after harassing me /joking with me!

...oh my...I've got it bad don't I? I'm horrible.
