What's the Fuel Efficiency on that Countach?!

There's a new Ferrari 430 Scuderia out ($270,000) that gets 11mpg (city), and I thought - OMG! What's the Fuel Efficiency on that Countach?!

We have got to tell JZB to stop driving that thing. "Dude - you gotta find another mode of transportation, man!"

There's an article in Newsweek - The Real Italian Stallion. It's a nice red color like the one that KMM is leaning against on the homepage of this site.

ps - I've been contemplating for months just what sort of music JZB listens to when he's driving that thing - you know, when he pulls up to Casa Blanc and tosses the keys to the valet, what sound is coming out of the stereo? But in the article it says that the exhaust pipes are really loud. The exhaust has been tuned to make a "louder, richer, sound." Oh well. But maybe JB has super hearing? ;-)

Something tells me JB wouldn't care what kind of gas mileage it gets (saw an article on the web yesterday that says performance cars such as the Corvette, etc could be a thing of the past in 10 years because of all the emissions control laws coming on the books. That would be sad!!). The thing about having a Countach, a Maybach, etc. is status. It says "I'm someone you don't want to mess with".

As for the music..........this is more up your alley than mine, but whatever it would have to be loud, with lots of bass. Not hard-core rap (we're not talking BDB here), but music to drive fast by.........

Yeah.. I was kind of disappointed when Daegus was trolling around in his Hummer.... 6 miles per gallon??.. and he is supposed to be a druid that is caring for the earth?

While fast cars are sexy.... it is a shame that that they can't figure out a way to be green.

I know.. it's fiction... it is fantasy... we all get tired of the dark reality that can be "real life"... and we just want to forget all the troubles....

But I think caring for the planet IS sexy and important....
