Alina Theory....Could it be?????

Okay....maybe I am nuts....and I hope nobody else has but this out here, but here is my theory.

I was thinking that maybe Alina isn't really dead. I know that we all went with Mac when she had to identify the body, but if you can remember, the bady was badly mutilated. In my opinion, if Alina was half as powerful as Mac, then wouln't the bad guys (whoever they really are) want to either keep her locked up somewhere or try to turn her evil ? Or even if they did kill her wouldn't they make sure her body wasn't found? Because we all knw when the shades get ya....they wouldn't leave a body......

So what do you guys think??????????:skeptical:

Yah I remember her identifying the body but I think the body was really badly damaged....I think the way it was descibed as if somethig had eaten on her (don't quote me on that).....so I was thinking maybe she culd have been wrong.What do you thnk?:skeptical:

I'm not sure, but I don't think Alina will be coming back. When Mac's talking to Inspector Duffy (pg 90 DF) he says Alina's ". . . arms had holes in them. The kind of holes that needles make." Mac says "My sister's whole body had holes in it . . .The coroner said they looked like teeth marks! Not of any person or animal he'd been able to identify, though. And parts of her were just torn!" Also her body hadn't been found for 2 days after she was killed.

Then again, pg 8, Mac says "I was the one who'd had to identify her body. It hadn't been pretty and there'd been no way to deny Alina was dead." (whoohoo! Finally figured out how to use the spoiler button. Go me! lol) I think Mac would be able to tell if this was her sister or not, even under these circumstances.
