Avatar pic!

I've been all over this site and I probably missed the answer knowing me.
I want to have an avatar, but I can't figure out how to get one. Some of you have beautiful avatars...hehehee, and I'd love to be not so invisible.
Can someone help me please?

THAT would be totally awesome. I've got one on my profile, I just couldn't figure out how to do one for when I post a message or start a thread!
I love Faeries....that would be nice....not pink, but maybe a rainbow one. :)

YEA!!! I'm gonna resize her and you can just save her to your computer and add her to your profile! In case you don't know where to put her:

go to user cp
edit options
edit avatar
then just download it! wha lah!
