Fri night activities

I am not familiar with this area at all (I used to live in ATL) so I am open for suggestions on places for us to go on Friday night. Shelly gave me a list of restaurants in the area. I'm also going to call the hotel and find out more about their restaurants since that worked out so well for us in ATL but that still leaves us with an evening to play.

I was thinking maybe a karaoke bar but like I said, I'm open. Anyone have any ideas? If you're from the area please let us know of any places or activities you recommend. Do they have a version of Swinging Richards? Can't hurt to ask.

Will give this some thought... they have lots of riverboat casinos... but the best dance bar in the area that I knew about closed... Ummm.... will think on this!!!!

Are you going to stay Saturday night after the signing. I didn't know if I should come up Friday and spend Friday night or Saturday night. The bookstore is in Rockwood Commons which I hear is a nice shopping area. I haven't been to Cinci in a while and wondered what the majority of people who were coming were going to do. I would love to be able to sit and talk with other fans of the books.

I will be staying in the hotel Thurs., Fri and Sat. I don't know anything about Cincinnati. I would love to visit with others. Keep us posted on plans, Leiha.

Wish I could help you there but I'm coming from Louisville and it's not that long of a drive to Cinncy. This is a day trip for me. (1 1/2 to 2 hr drive) Unless of course you want to try your hand at driving to Louisville on Friday night. LOL

I have a cousin who lives there and if you want I can ask her what she would suggest??
