Does anybody know what the seven circles are? I have tryed to find ANYTHING about on the net and had no luck. I thought it might give us a clue or two about the forbidden libraries.

was that the SEVEN CIRCLES represent ranks and hierarchy of power among the Sidhe Seers. The higher or lower a person is the greater or lesser is their influence and of course access to the Forbidden Libraries. If I remember correctly there were well over 20 libraries. And Kat and the others had access to only a few and none of the Forbidden Libraries.
