Percy???

Hi!! I hope everyone had a great Holiday! I was on vakay so this is my first log in awhile(2 weeks)!!
So, Someone recommened the book THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL.

They told me a basis of it. Then I was thrown back to around 8-5 years ago when I was reading a group of books, I CAN NOT remember the author. There was a man named Percy who was pretending to be a fop. It was like a trio of books.
I remember reading the book and laughing all the time at his(Percy) wit then at the end of the book the herion came from her room and saw a man out of this world HAWT, black hair, blue eyes? She thought....I've seen him somewhere. Where do I know him from? And it was the guy Percy she figured out at the end when he was already gone and her and her hubby were perfect.
Does anyone know what book I'm talking about? Please tell me if you do, I remember looking up the author years ago and the book(Percy) wouldn't come for another year...I just can't remember the damn author. I liked her though, the book with Percy was the 2nd in a group I think? I have almost 600 books, I can't even imagine going through them, but I will if I have to....

Well I know that the Scarlet Pimpernel was written by Baroness Orczy, and the main character is Sir Percy. I also know that she wrote several books about the Scarlet Pimpernel. I just watched the movie of this last night, I love it.
