no! There is someone that fits the profile perfectly and she would become Mac completely. Kaley Cuoco, think about she's blond tough and smart, not to mention she has personalty and she is far from ugly.

It's funny. Through all of the casting questions, I could never find the perfect Mac...could never match any actress with who I see in my head. (Same with Barrons) Until yesterday...This is Mac to me, or the closest I have been able to find...light and dark both. :)

I like Katie Cassidy's look. I think she would have that Mac sweet blonde pink way about her in the beginning and to make that transformation to the bad ass charater she becomes Katie would fit the bill!

Scarlett Johanssen would be absolutely perfect. She can have both the good and bad girl look. And I think Jason Momoa should definitely play Jericho

Blake Lively, Kaley Cuoco or Amber Heard - The better suggestions by far on this forum.

Kristen Bell is much too 'mature looking' for the part. She's a great actress, however the three I've mentioned are much better contenders by far. Perhaps she could be Alina? If these movies are made and Kristen Bell is cast as Mac, I will be very disappointed.

As for the likes of Reese Witherspoon and Scarlett Johansen? Come on people, think about what you're suggesting here. It is beyond obvious that they are far too old for the parts. People are biased towards their favourite actors, but you have to put that aside and think about who could bring Mac to life on the big screen, as accurately as possible. These actors are lovely however they don't fit the mould and I think everyone knows it.

I have to admit, I pictured Mac looking like Kristen Bell ever since I saw the Fever series book trailer with her in it. I still think she could pull it off, but I also can see Blake Lively or Amber Heard. Hayden Panettiere has a kind of Mac-look too in my opinion.
