Wink Like Sand threw A Hour Glass.......

    So are the sifting silvers......

    Well maybe not, BUT.....

Anyone else notice that "sand" seems to play a roll in the series?

Some glass is made of sand......Mirrors are made of glass.........Barrons is in a desert full of sand blasting on him and his "buddies"...............V'Lane takes Mac to faerie on a beach, beaches have sand...........sifting silvers-----sifting sand? The HOAD's is made of mirrors, sifting time, past and present. But time stops in the HOAD's, so no hour sandglass there..... Hour glasses have sand in them, but once the sand falls all the way down, it can be turned back over to start again. (navigate what is yet to be?)

Okay, i am off to make a sand castle........

Somewhere in the mist o' time
    a Fever rages in a Highlander "mine"~~
Dual breath in a Druid born
An Immortal lad of a Keltar lore~~
Souls of the present meet the soul of past
No canceling out of the sexy extra large Keltar lad~~
Two of his kind, one stays behind
in the past and in a present kin~~
I'm trying to find A missing Keltar "Mine"
Oh Dageus wherefor are though my friend?

Ya know, I just got the Bloodrush CD and was thinking that when I listened to Jericho Rain, where she talks about the desert and being parched. (Is that how you spell it?)

You came up with more references than I had noticed too! Very interesting!

    Sorry, aprilssix.
    Another thought here~

    Embar*ass*ed is correct.
In Immortal Highlander, there is a phrase that caught my eye and held.
I did see that familar reference once again,

"Ha! She'd easily mistake the Sahara Desert for the North Pole.
    Immortal highlander/paperback/page 67.

So maybe it's a small clue that Barrons is another Daoine?
    Like Adam?
    *Ahhhhh. Nice sandy color*

    Unhappy

You know, I feel like I am an enabler.

When Vanglorious V'Lane is outside the abbey with Mac, about to sift her, he uses sand references to explain what "Sifting" is to a human.

You know, the more I read other ppl's thoughts on him, the more I come to hate him and hope he dies a heinous death-preferably by Barrons hands

if you break a mirror, in order to counteract the 7 years of bad luck...

you must grind the broken mirror pieces back to sand
