Does Circenn Brodie live near Castle Keltar?

I'm new, and have consumed all KMM's books like crazy! I have been looking around for this answer, so I appreciate any help. Wasn't there a line in one of these books where Daegus (or one of the guys) mentions that Circenn Brodie lives nearby but likes his privacy? I listened to the audiobooks so don't have a hard copy to check. I found the cross reference amusing. Thanks for any clarification and thanks for the board - it keeps me from going crazy as I wait for her last Fever book.

Drustan says it when he gets out of the cave. I led me to believe that Circenn lived near the Keltar's at some point.

I thought he lived in Cincinatti, or something like that? In IH isn't that why Adam goes to Ohio, to find Circenn to help him?
