Barrons could be the beast that Mac kills at the end of DF, but not the beast under the garage. There are 8 others like Barrons(that we know of). Maybe it was one of them under the garage that day. Maybe their all beasts.

I personally am leaning toward Alina.

It's rather unbearable, having to wait till January.
Can't say who the beast is but I know this is for sure:

• Ass will be kicked, preferably mostly by Mac's foot.
• More steamy scenes, the kind that make your toes curl
• Dani will continue to be epic, Ryodan will continue to be amused
• V'lane will probably give a lot of fan service to the girls
• Side-seers will decide that it's time to start taking notes from Mac's epicness (realizing that tight black clothing DOES make a difference!)

And I have a feeling everyone here will probably read the final book twice in one day while many loved ones will be ignored and neglected ( Something along the lines of: sorry my friends, Barrons and Macs interactions are to steamy to hear your words - what ever shall I do? Guess I better keep reading so that I may one day resurface to the world)

I just had a thought, Mac's last upgrade would have a nice combination of tight black clothing, kick ass abs WHILE sporting her favorite pink nail polish. She will have a new challenge, defeating the book while not chipping the paint job.
