Going to Italy on Sunday!

This will be a real vacation for me, rather than a business trip. A friend of mine is touring Europe with her kids all summer, and she's been pestering me to come. So I'm headed out. The only stipulation is that I bring her and the kids their Harry Potter books. So I am the courier. :-)
When I get back I have to fly straight to San Francisco to film something for BBC television. That ought to be fun too.

You will LOVE the shopping over there. We were stationed near Pisa years ago and the food and hospitality were excellent! Ciao!
