A why not? Knows some people don't like it but oh well. I know that someone won't like everything. Do it because it's pacing for me. I'm trying to entertain to bring you to a certain point and cut you off and then bring you back again.

A. That's a perfectly valid theory. (never answers)
Q. What do you have planned for Fade?
A. We'll see. You'll get to learn more about about the 8 in the books.

Q. Do some of the characters surprise you on where they take you?
A. Yes I follow the emotion. Barrons? I can't control him.
Had no idea he was going to throw the cake onto the ceiling.
Q. Asked about how the fever stories came to her.
A. Came to her in a dream. Had writer's block for 3 months and then wrote all 5 titles in sharpie on the wall. Then it went from there.
How far did it go? Did it include Dani? Apps toy yes. She really takes charge just like Barrons.
Q. Barrons POV. Did it really happen?
A. What do you think?
Q. Dani's voice in ICED is different from the MacKayla Lane novels.
A. It was stylistic. Because you get more of her you don't need such a punch.
Q. Dani is 14, but not a regular 14. We're you ever like I better pull back?
A. Never. And if I do I'll push past that... Just keep the faith.
Q. How are you handling the 14 and the sex?
A. A lot of it is a cry for a role model. I think it's good that I think people want to use her as a role model. And at the end of the day she will be.
Q. Will we get to learn more about the ancient Sidhe-seers?
A. That's very possible.
Q. How did you keep track of the difference between V'lane and Cruce?
A. I kept a list for that because it was very confusing.
Q. Will we learn more about the queen and the king?
A. Yes we will.
Q. Asked about Ryodan.
A. She says that Barrons is more of an animal while Ryodan is mo of a machine. Barrons will never change.
Q. How much time do you spend in Dublin
A. Not as much as I'd like to. Last time sent her niece to go everywhere and take photos.
Q. What caused Christian to change?
A. It has to do with the failed curse and the circle and the fact that the Seelie make replacements.
Q. Will Christian stay as a Seelie Prince?
A. No answer.
The two books after Dani books (about Mac and Barrons) titles have not came to her

Q. Will the book change Cruce?
A. You're assuming a lot.
Q. Will Cruce get free?
A. What's the point of having him captured if not to have him get free?
Q. Are you excited about it being picked up for a movie (by Dreamworks)?
A. Yes and no. Had a secret desire for it to go on HBO or something Ike that.
Q. Anymore Highlander books?
A. I don't think I could do anymore romance like that. If I did anymore Highlanders it would be much darker and edgier.
Q. Asked about Adam.
A. She put Adam in the Fever series just for the fans. It was the one time she broke the rules. But Adam's story is done.
Q. Who is Dancer?
A. That's a good question. (she doesn't answer)
Q. What inspired you to write?
A. I grew up on the farm and I had nothing to do in the fields and I love to tell stories.

A. She is allowed to quote only up to 15 lines before she has to pay (due to copyright).
She says she loves to switch character POVs.
She doesn’t know if she’ll write more Barrons POV. It’s the hardest thing to write.
Q. Will we learn anything about Dani’s father?
A. No.
Q. Will the Keltar show up in any other books?
A. She’s not sure.
Q. Will we learn about Level 4 at Chester’s?
A. Maybe.
Q. Are we done with V’lane, the King, and Concubine storyline?
A. Yes.

A. Barrons.

A. In 1998 it was, but not now.
Q. Will Kat have a major part in the books?
A. Yes.
Q. How much of Dani is in you?
A. She will never tell.

A. Dani.
She doesn’t like to start a character out bad…she likes to transition.
Q. Will you continue to write once the Fever series is done?
A. Yes. It would be like cutting off her arm if she stopped writing.
Q. Who is the leader of the 9?
A. She was glad to have this question. No answer.
Q. Will the Fever Series be complete at 10 books?
A. She’s not sure when it will end.
Q. Will you do another graphic novel?
A. Not sure. It was a very long (two years) and intense process. Would rather spend the time writing.

Couldn't answer why Barrons hates Fae so much without giving away info on future stories
All but one chapter headings are song titles/lyrics. Wouldn't say which :)
She knows exactly what is coming in the next 5 books.
She didnt struggled with age of Dani. If she can be an assassin, she can have sex (but didn't say when will). If she started Dani at 17, she would be beyond some of the first moments of sexual awakening.
Will get more of the Eight in each book but doesn't know beyond that.
When Mac grieved, KMM's grieving went on and on....and she couldn't wait for Mac to stop and not pull a "twilight" endless grieving.
Loves DUNE and where one of her favorite quotes come from.
Who Dani's father is "utterly irrelevant" and it's NOT Ryo. LOL!
Mind boggling that after what is on TV these days, people have problem with Dani's age.
Dani will be a role model but she will push comfort zones.
There will be 10 books in Fever series. Last 2 are Mac and Barrons.
Mac's story was about finding strength. Dani will be about finding love. Kat and her storyline with her soulmate will be the counterpoint to Dani's story.
She lets the character and emotion drive the story.
May never meet all of the NINE but will meet more.
Won't answer if will ever know more about sidhe seers.
Doesn't know why drawn to Celtic mythology but just was. Son of the Morning is a stellar book.
Christians character is a transformation. There is no point in going bad unless you go BAD.
Hasn't heard anything about the movie.
Doesn't know if Keltars will be in future books.
We might learn more about Level 4.
HFK will have more.
