ok, about the screen shot, there is a button in your keyboard (I don´t know in Mac, but in windows it does) called print screen is in the top of the keyboard following the F1, F2...F12 bottons, now, every model of keyboard is different, but is there I am sure, you press it, go to paint (start menu -> all programs -> accesories -> paint (I am not sure with Vista rigth now, because my pc have XP, but I am sure is pretty similar), ones you open paint, go to edit and press "paste" and there you go, in the paint sheet you should have a perfect shot of your screen (the imagen will show what the screen looked like when you pressed "print screen" button)

Well, at the top of your keyboard, from the right side the third button. You press it, and then you open windows word and spress "paste" or "strg" and "v". Like you want.
