I love bluesy, mellow, music - it just makes me melt, kind of like the way I feel when I sit in the sun and let it pour over me. Like the world just kind of fades away and your bones become easy and loose and the things are just right.

Does anyone else have a song they would like to share that makes you feel that way?

I listen to rock. I love loud guitar riffs and the harsher sounds. I don't know what it is, but I grew up with parents who listend to ozzy, metallica, guns n roses and all that so I guess it grew on me at an earlier age. But as for songs that completly mellow me out I have a few:

I saw this movie about 7 or 8 years ago, Waking Ned Devine. I was such a great movie. It's about a man who lives in a small village, Ned, and wins the Irish Lottery. Well, he died when he found out he won, and that's how his two friends find him. Sitting in a chair, holding the lottery ticket, dead. So, they decide to impersonate him, and collect the winnings. What ensues is hilarious. Well at the end of the movie, they played a song called "The Parting Glass". I loved this song so much that I ordered the soundtrack. It has some other really great music on it, but I wouldn't have minded if the rest was bad, I love this song so much.
