Default lots to discuss: Mac must be empty first!

Listening to this excerpt brought several things to light:

1. Maybe Mac must first be empty of her past to find her Inner gifts that will ensure her future!

2. There are a lot of Beast references. This has to be Barrons because he uses voice on her to get her to rest. He also wants her to eat to stay alive. The tattooing, omg!

3. The LM still has control of her from afar eventhough she is being protected and nutured by Barrons.

4. There is just too much in this clip!!!

Karen, You outdid yourself

I have to say that the ending made me cry because that was the first spoiler we got and it gave me hope for Mac; hope that has kept me from falling apart after the end of FF.

It’s an invitation Mac cannot refuse, one that sends her racing home to Georgia, where an even darker threat awaits. With her parents missing and the lives of her loved ones under siege, Mac is about to come face-to-face with a soul-shattering truth—about herself and her sister, about Jericho Barrons…and about the world she thought she knew

So, Mac leaves Dublin and goes back to Georgia. Does Barrons go with her and if not where does that leave them? Hmm....I'm not sure what to think about this part of the book.
That whole last line "the world she thought she knew" part... It makes me think. If the walls between our world and Faerie come down, does that mean humans can go to Faerie as well? Nothing separating us so the two worlds start mixing? How do you separate them afterward? Or is it more of a border thing with border guards? Maybe Mac has stepped into an alternate reality like ITD?

LOTS of Questions.

Default Teaser

That was the greatest bloody teaser!

Just to think that I could only order the book TODAY and delivery will take another 10 or so days! It is heartbreaking that I have to wait even longer. It is not fair that South African book stores don't order until the day the book you want has 'dropped'. Just sucks.
