Okay, so if you don't like spoilers, STOP READING NOW!
cause I totally think that Jericho Barrons is Adam Black. :) How else would he magically have the D'jai Orb on hand? and what about his non-Unseelie, non-Seelie state? Jericho Barrons is a Faerie Prince aka ADAM BLACK, people! =D Tell me what you guys think. Last edited by -^-Lin-^-; 05-16-2009 at 03:12 AM. Reason: add spoiler |

Regarding the OP; as others have said, Karen has already nullified Adam playing an active part in the Fea Series. :)

I just tried to imagine Barrons "all glowie" and had this image of him giving me a dirty, scowling look flash in my head. |

Adding to the naysayers, in "Dreamfever",
V'Lane tells Mac that he begins to understand Adam giving up immortality for a human. The way he says it paired with the contentious relationship he has with Barrons makes me think there's NO way they can be the same person.
Plus, Adam is ... bigger, lol. Barrons' physique seems more streamlined to me.

Take in mind that I've only read Darkfever, but I think Barrons is Druid, like Druid to the point that Cian was, like very barbaricish and almost like 'heel woman'. He does voice people, and it don't work on Mac unless she is borderline near death LOL. I see them writing in the urge for her to be compelled by it, but she pushes it away. But I think for the most part that Barrons is Druid and I do believe he is destine for Mac, as much people want to fight it. He gives a s**t, moreso then he does for his biggest fan Fiona. I really wish the book wasn't in first person because we don't get the inner thoughts of all the other characters, thats the only downfall to first person, you only get the emotions of the main character.

I think it is more likely that Darroc is The Master.

I agree, I think Barrons is Druid and a very powerful one. I thought in one of the books, it states that Darroc is the Master, maybe I just assumed that by the description of him. However, Darroc was made human in IM, so I'm not sure. I haven't read Dream yet, but I hope there is more Christian in it, however, I don't want him involved with Mac. Maybe the next series Karen is talking about will take up Christian's story.
